The Rots-Vast Groep was established in 1989 in a small office in Rotterdam (“Rotterdams Real estate”). Since then the Rots-Vast Groep grew out to become one of the country's largest franchise specialists with almost 35 offices throughout the country in the field of residential rental brokerage and property management.

The Rots-Vast Groep in Amsterdam opened in 1992. From our office at the Singel, one of the Amsterdam-canals,  we operate in the city-centre of Amsterdam.

Rots-Vast Groep offers you all types of properties. Whether you are looking for a single room, apartment or entire villa, or everything in between, we can make sure that we can find you a suitable accommodation: furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished, temporary of permanent. Our professional consultants with extensive knowledge of the housing market can offer you the utmost in reliable service. As an international client (Expat) we can guide you through the whole process of finding a property. We can advice you in English (or another language) and assist you with viewings. We can also pick you op from your work or train station.

After finding the perfect accommodation we help you with the further documents, contracts and financial details to ease your movement to the Netherlands. In most cases we are the technical en financial manager during the rental period. This makes the communication much easier!

To use our service you have to register at our office; the registration fee is € 40 (except for companies). We’ll inform you about all our new available properties and you can plan viewings. When you accept accommodation we charge one month’s rent (+19% VAT) as a commission.
